Senior Manager, Identity Governance Administration Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the engineering team tasked with enterprise identity governance services.

• Establish the technical direction, strategies, and engineering standards for enterprise IGA services.

• Lead the architecture, execution, and management of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

• Supervise identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and policy workflows.

• Facilitate migrations from legacy identity systems to SailPoint ISC.

• Implement governance for service accounts, machine identities, cloud service principals, bots, and other non-human entities.

• Enhance automation through APIs, custom connectors, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.

• Collaborate with security, architecture, cloud, application, compliance, business, and technology teams.

• Assist with application onboarding, cloud transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational reporting.

• Report directly to the Director of IGA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Identity Governance engineering.

• More than 5 years of experience managing software engineering or identity engineering teams.

• Practical experience in implementing and operating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

• Proven experience leading enterprise SailPoint implementations from architecture to production support.

• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, RBAC, ABAC, and governance workflows.

• Experience in developing identity integrations using APIs, connectors, and automation.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Ability to communicate technical strategies and program progress to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
