This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support for global QA operations across various sites, regions, and client portfolios.
• Cultivate strong relationships with QA Managers, QA Project Managers, Site Leaders, and operational stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining momentum for actions, risks, escalations, and QA initiatives across global teams.
• Enhance quality reporting, KPI visibility, calibration, and performance monitoring.
• Leverage QA data to detect trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Aid in client-facing activities, which include quality updates, issue resolution, relationship management, and preparation for business reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to provide QA insights that bolster client confidence and service delivery.
• Support launches, transitions, service expansions, and operational changes from a QA standpoint.
• Help ensure consistency across sites while honoring local practices and cultural differences.
• Assist with the implementation of AI and quality technology initiatives, including reporting tools, automation, and AI-enhanced QA solutions.
• Extensive experience in QA operations, QA delivery, QA program management, or QA leadership.
• Proven experience collaborating across multiple teams, sites, projects, clients, or regions.
• Ability to influence QA Managers, QA Project Managers, Site Leaders, or operational teams without solely relying on direct authority.
• Strong client management and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in communicating quality issues to senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgment under pressure, particularly when managing escalations, competing priorities, or real-time operational challenges.
• In-depth understanding of QA reporting, KPIs, calibration, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Capability to transform quality data into clear insights and actionable steps.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, reporting tools, or quality technology, alongside an interest in supporting AI-driven enhancements.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work across global time zones, including the occasional need for early or late meetings.
