This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Administrative teams to enhance both short-term and long-term forecast accuracy.
• Work alongside Project Finance and Pricing teams to strengthen the integration and financing details within short-term and long-term forecasting models.
• This role will oversee the short-term forecast and will strive to refine processes to boost repeatability, accuracy, integration with Highland systems, and communication across the organization.
• Lead initiatives to automate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) reporting.
• Work closely with the Sr. Director of FP&A and the CFO to present both short-term and long-term forecast projections to the Highland Executive team.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including indirect suppliers, to accurately project the Cash and P&L impacts of contracts, including Insurance, Consultants, and Third-Party Software providers.
• Coordinate with external banks and Treasury Management platforms to perform administrative tasks in the absence of the Sr. Director, while also increasing capacity with experience.
• Be a vital member of the Highland team, assessing systems for cross-functional connectivity and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Provide additional support as required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in progressively responsible roles within an FP&A or Operational Finance setting.
• Background in a Project-based business, ideally within a large organization (with revenues exceeding $1B).
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience in a Finance Leadership training program is preferred.
• A curious self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity and achieving results.
