Senior Manager, Finance Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain a multi-year roadmap for Finance applications that aligns with Finance priorities, enterprise architecture, business controls, and transformation goals.

• Collaborate with Finance leaders to determine priorities for enhancements, regulatory or control requirements, technical debt mitigation, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

• Oversee the delivery and support of Oracle Financials and associated finance applications spanning GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Intercompany, Revenue Recognition, Channel Revenue Management / BER, EPM, Cost Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.

• Manage requirements, solution design, configuration guidance, integrations, testing, cutover, hypercare, release management, and production support.

• Establish trusted relationships with Finance executives, VPs, Senior Directors, Directors, managers, business process owners, and individual contributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of practical experience in implementing, supporting, or leading Oracle Finance applications, ideally Oracle Cloud ERP / Fusion Financials and related EPM or revenue platforms.

• Comprehensive functional knowledge of fundamental Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, closing and consolidation, intercompany transactions, cash management, tax, costing, and revenue accounting.

• Proven track record of collaborating directly with Finance leaders at the VP, Senior Director, Director, manager, and individual contributor levels.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional delivery involving IT, Finance, business operations, audit, controls, data, integration, and external implementation partners.

• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready written updates, articulate verbal communication, facilitate meetings, frame issues, and support decision-making.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and program management skills within a complex enterprise environment.

• Capacity to think strategically while also engaging in functional details when necessary to facilitate delivery or support crucial operations.
