This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a high-achieving Enterprise Sales team.
• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a group of Enterprise Account Executives tasked with acquiring new enterprise clients.
• Cultivate a culture centered on accountability, continuous development, and exceptional performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier enterprise sales professionals.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team discussions, pipeline evaluations, and career growth dialogues.
• Participate in customer meetings to support strategic initiatives and facilitate the progression of complex deals.
• Take ownership of the team's forecasting process, ensuring ongoing pipeline integrity, review, and forecast precision.
• Execute weekly forecast assessments and deal evaluations to pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Guide representatives on developing robust pipelines and ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Promote disciplined use of Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and other go-to-market tools.
• Analyze sales metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that enhance team effectiveness.
• Advance your team's skills through coaching on discovery, qualification, negotiation, executive engagement, account strategy, and deal advancement.
• Assist representatives in navigating intricate buying committees and multi-threading opportunities.
• Reinforce the consistent application of our enterprise sales methodology and operational practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning through call evaluations, deal strategy discussions, and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Enablement to boost sales efficiency.
• Provide market insights that shape product direction, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Help refine sales processes, playbooks, and operational rhythms as the organization scales.
• 5+ years of experience managing Enterprise Account Executives in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Proven experience leading teams focused on acquiring new enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success in guiding enterprise sales teams through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• A strong record of coaching enterprise sales professionals to surpass quotas and secure strategic opportunities.
• Experience in managing forecasting, pipeline oversight, and sales operational rhythm.
• Proven collaboration with Revenue Operations on territory planning, forecasting, and sales performance.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to leverage data for informed decision-making and enhanced execution.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering constructive feedback and holding teams accountable.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing enterprise sales talent.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, remote-first work environment.
