• Oversee the security technology team.
• Design and manage new constructions, retrofitting installations, and site upgrades related to ACS, IDS, and VMS.
• Develop a comprehensive playbook for the company to guide site leaders in ensuring the safety of our personnel and assets.
• Design, configure, and provide support for enterprise-level access control, video management, and intrusion detection systems.
• Facilitate system integrations among various security platforms and enterprise IT network environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation along with lifecycle management plans.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for intricate technical issues, working closely with internal teams and system integrators to resolve incidents.
• Offer technical guidance and share knowledge with project stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning, installation, and deployment of new systems, system migrations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Ensure system performance is in alignment with governmental and organizational security policy requirements.
• Engage in design reviews, providing technical insights for new construction, renovation, and upgrade projects.
• Confirm that all security-related technologies and system requirements are operational for both proactive and reactive programming.
• Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Fire & Life Safety, Security, Site Risk Management, Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 12+ years of relevant industry experience; OR a High School diploma or Military/Technical Training with 14+ years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting and administering electronic security systems.
• Proficient in system programming, configuration, and network administration.
• Strong grasp of IP networking and enterprise server system architecture.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing corporate security programs, along with creating SOPs and process documentation.
• The capability to obtain and sustain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is mandatory.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
