Senior Manager – Digital Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of technology products within Aetna Web Services (AWS)

• Establish and advance the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps that align with enterprise goals

• Collaborate with AWS Cloud Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and business teams to provide exceptional digital experiences

• Set product KPIs and assess outcomes to promote ongoing improvement and value realization

• Engage senior stakeholders and cultivate alignment across diverse cross-functional teams

• Mentor, coach, and nurture Product Managers and Product Owners

• Promote a customer-focused and data-informed culture

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in positions such as Product Owner and/or Business Analyst within the healthcare sector

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience

• High School Diploma/GED combined with 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree

• Certification as a Product Manager (CPM) is preferred

• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred

• Previous experience with software development teams in an Agile setting is preferred
