Senior Manager – Digital Implementation, Environmental, Social and Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Leading intricate, multi-faceted Digital EHS and ESG implementation projects from initial solution strategy all the way through to deployment and transition.

• Serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, assisting them in defining digital roadmaps and addressing complex EHS and ESG challenges using technology.

• Taking ownership of commercial outcomes for projects, including defining scope, pricing, risk management, and ensuring delivery governance adheres to EY's Q&RM requirements.

• Providing robust leadership across various engagements, including coaching and developing Managers and high-performing teams.

• Assisting in business development efforts, including the creation of proposals, tenders, and pursuit of client opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading multiple concurrent IT or digital transformation initiatives from start to finish.

• Established capability to sell and shape professional services engagements, including responding to RFPs and tenders.

• In-depth knowledge of complex, integrated delivery models, encompassing design, build, testing, data management, change management, and transition.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for quickly establishing trusted relationships at senior levels.
