This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Act as the main on-site escalation contact between Kingston and EverPure, ensuring quick resolution of critical operational issues.
• Enable efficient problem-solving among engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and vendor teams.
• Serve as the primary communication link for internal stakeholders, clients, employees, and external vendors.
• Maintain effective, timely communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency around issues.
• Supervise and manage daily site operations for Kingston Taiwan, ensuring consistent production output and operational readiness.
• Ensure the availability of technical support and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Lead the execution of on-site projects, track milestones, monitor progress towards goals, and guarantee timely fulfillment of project commitments.
• Evaluate and approve project plans and operational proposals.
• Direct on-site strategic planning, contributing to long-term business goals and operational strategies.
• Develop and implement supply chain and operational strategies aimed at enhancing performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
• Serve as the on-site leader for procurement and supplier engagement.
• Assist in sourcing raw materials, evaluating suppliers, resolving vendor issues, and coordinating with contract manufacturers (CM).
• Ensure that suppliers meet quality, delivery, and commercial expectations.
• Guarantee a smooth production flow and operational efficiency throughout the site.
• Identify and implement productivity enhancements (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, Just-In-Time).
• Optimize processes to minimize waste, reduce lead times, and enhance service levels.
• Identify operational risks, including supplier constraints, logistics bottlenecks, and manufacturing disruptions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, supply chain performance, production, and supplier health.
• Prepare and present business performance updates to senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain and operational professionals.
• Promote collaboration among technical teams, supply chain management (SCM), contract manufacturers (CMs), and external partners.
• Build strong working relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Ensure all on-site operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in supply chain operations, business management, or manufacturing operations; with 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Extensive experience in supplier management, contract manufacturing environments, and cross-functional operational leadership.
• Proven success in managing production environments, resolving escalations, and leading end-to-end operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced operational reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence at various organizational levels.
