Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement

📋 Description

• Oversee the Operations Efficiency program at SharkNinja, taking charge of cost savings, service enhancements, and ongoing improvement initiatives throughout the Operations expense framework.

• Create and oversee the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, which encompasses opportunity identification, business case formulation, prioritization, execution monitoring, risk management, and realization of benefits.

• Set up governance structures, routines, and reporting frameworks for tracking initiative progress, savings, and associated risks.

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to pinpoint improvements in cost, service, processes, and organizational structure.

• Discover opportunities to minimize Operations Expense while sustaining or enhancing service levels, customer experience, and operational reliability.

• Work alongside Global Logistics to analyze cost drivers related to distribution, transportation, delivery, warehousing, and carrier networks.

• Lead interdisciplinary workstreams that focus on cost-to-serve, delivery efficiency, network utilization, freight optimization, accessorial management, productivity, and service performance.

• Convert data and operational insights into actionable recommendations, business cases, and execution strategies.

• Engage with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Planning, Consumer Experience, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Finance on validating savings, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Ensure transparency among initiative owners regarding milestones, financial implications, dependencies, and risks.

• Create scalable processes, playbooks, and tools aimed at efficiency opportunities.

• Foster ownership, accountability, and rapid advancements in operational improvements.

• Report directly to the Sr. Vice President of Global Logistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related domain.

• Background in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, durable goods, or rapidly expanding global operations.

• Proven track record in leading initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, productivity, or transformation.

• Strong knowledge of logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, delivery operations, and cost-to-serve factors.

• Experience overseeing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and financial implications.

• Established capability to collaborate with Finance on savings validation, forecasting, budgeting, or tracking financial performance.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into insights, recommendations, and actionable plans.

• Proven experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership within a dynamic, matrixed environment.

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable college/university, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20% of the time.
