This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Take charge of Antenna's social media presence across both organic and paid channels, including content creation, community engagement, paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), and performance reporting, while also exploring new channels and formats such as social video.
• Lead the complete production process of The Signal, Antenna's monthly newsletter, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications.
• Oversee and implement the blog content pipeline, which includes writing, editing, publishing, and optimizing posts using insights provided by the data and insights team.
• Manage and uphold the editorial calendar across all content channels, crafting on-brand content and coordinating with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Insights, and executives to ensure all workstreams stay on schedule.
• Promote Antenna's quarterly reports and syndicated insights through owned, shared, and paid channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, including freelancers and agencies, as necessary.
• 6–8 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a closely related field, with significant time spent at a B2B or B2B-adjacent brand.
• You are a proficient project manager who excels in managing multi-threaded timelines with various stakeholders, including executives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• A dedicated advocate for brand voice and visual identity—you have established or upheld a brand standard in the past and take it seriously.
• Strong understanding of content distribution strategies across owned, shared, and paid channels, with the ability to tailor messages to the appropriate medium and platform.
• Practical experience with paid social advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with modern entertainment, streaming, and Hollywood culture, or you have a proven ability to quickly adapt to new industries.
• Comfortable using Webflow and knowledgeable about modern CMS workflows for publishing and optimizing blog content.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar for creating on-brand creative assets.
• Possess a keen editorial eye—copywriting and copy editing come naturally to you, and you can discern the difference between adequate and exceptional work.
• Experienced with social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Statusbrew, or similar.
• You are AI-savvy—utilizing platforms like Claude and other AI tools as an integral part of your workflow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
