Senior Manager, Clinical Site Payments Processes and Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, develop, sustain, and consistently enhance end-to-end Clinical Site Payments processes across the global portfolio.

• Establish and uphold standardized workflows, process documentation, checklists, training resources, FAQs, and job aids.

• Direct the department's training strategy, which includes onboarding, refresher training, process training, systems training, and role-specific training.

• Act as the accountable owner for configuring clinical sites within the vendor payment platform.

• Manage the Clinical Site Payments metrics framework, including reporting schedules, KPI definitions, data governance expectations, and executive reporting outputs.

• Collaborate with Clinical Site Contracts, Clinical Site Budget Planning and Strategy, Global Clinical Operations, Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Compliance, Quality, Internal Audit, and payment vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in process development and training.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, encompassing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Power BI.

• Strong Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, reconciliation, Power Query, and report preparation.

• Familiarity with clinical payment vendor platforms and clinical trial systems.

• Preferred working knowledge of CTMS, SAP, Ariba, Agiloft, Oracle, or other finance, procurement, contract, and clinical operations systems.

• Capability to analyze structured data, trackers, dashboards, raw data files, system reports, and vendor reporting outputs to pinpoint process gaps, reconciliation issues, metric discrepancies, and operational trends.
