Senior Manager, Clinical Data Operations – Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate managers and professionals in data operations who are accountable for the onboarding of client data and the delivery of implementation services.

• Supervise medium to large-scale healthcare data implementation initiatives across various clients and products.

• Facilitate the onboarding and support of clinical, financial, patient, provider, and revenue cycle data into R1 platforms.

• Collaborate with client IT, interoperability, integration, and clinical informatics teams to ensure precise data ingestion, mapping, validation, and monitoring.

• Spearhead implementations involving HL7, FHIR, ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT, X12, CCD, and C-CDA standards.

• Develop scalable best practices for implementation, governance frameworks, operating metrics, and delivery processes.

• Act as an escalation point for intricate integration, implementation, and client delivery issues.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Operations to enhance implementation results and client satisfaction.

• Identify areas for enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and data quality through process optimization and technological solutions.

• Establish trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while influencing strategic decisions across various programs and client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare data, healthcare technology, analytics, interoperability, revenue cycle, or related healthcare operations.

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles providing support to internal or external customers.

• 3+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange standards, such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, X12, and related integration technologies.

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, clinical, patient, and provider data domains.

• Proficiency with SQL, data validation, ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and cloud-based data platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementation programs and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Capability to navigate uncertainty and achieve results across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Preferred: experience leading healthcare data implementation or interoperability initiatives.

• Preferred: experience working with clinical informatics, health system IT, or interoperability teams.

• Preferred: familiarity with healthcare analytics, AI-driven healthcare platforms, or enterprise healthcare software solutions.

• Preferred: project or program management experience supporting extensive client deployments.
