Clinical Data Manager – CDISC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Spearhead clinical data generation processes

• Take ownership and oversee multiple clinical data workflows

• Ensure all artifacts are aligned across the protocol, datasets, TLFs, and narratives

• Assess synthetic data rooms for authenticity, internal coherence, and traceability

• Create prompts, ideal outcomes, and criteria to evaluate AI agents

• Partner with prominent researchers on projects focused on training and improving AI systems

• Operate as an independent contractor on projects that may be extended, shortened, or concluded prematurely

⛳️ Requirements

• Location: US, Canada, or France

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required; 10–25 years is preferred

• No formal degree is necessary; experience is the key qualifier for this role

• Minimum availability of 20–25 hours/week; 30+ hours is highly preferred

• Must have had managerial oversight of entire clinical data rooms

• Practical experience with CDISC and SDTM compliance

• Familiarity with EDC build through database lock

• Capability to enforce consistency across raw data, TLFs, and folded metrics

• Must be legally authorized to work without requiring H1-B or STEM OPT support
