Senior Manager, CFO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic financial consultant for designated client projects

• Lead initiatives in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management

• Offer executive-level insights on financial strategy, risk management, and organizational sustainability

• Track client financial performance and propose actionable enhancements

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory, grant, and industry standards

• Direct and manage engagement teams to provide exceptional client service

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and overall engagement profitability

• Maintain responsibility for the quality, consistency, and professionalism of all client outputs

• Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with client executives, leadership teams, and boards

• Identify opportunities for service expansion and assist in business development initiatives

• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently while fulfilling performance expectations

• Mentor, coach, and develop consulting staff to enhance technical and consulting proficiencies

• Collaborate across service lines to deliver cohesive solutions and maximize client value

• Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, publications, webinars, and industry involvement

• Exemplify and reinforce the organization's Core Values in all internal and external interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of accounting experience

• Demonstrated experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a comparable role

• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

• Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting techniques

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Capability to strategize and resolve issues

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with numerical data

• Experience in delegating, reviewing, and finalizing projects

• Previous supervisory or project management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
