Senior Manager – Asset Management Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Manage asset management reporting across the entire portfolio, including regular performance updates and materials for the board.

• Supervise the development of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics that align with asset management standards.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of portfolio data in all reporting outputs.

• Integrate financial and operational data from investment teams into organized reporting formats.

• Deliver performance analysis, variance commentary, and trend insights for senior leadership.

• Assist in governance and committee processes by preparing reporting and analytics materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-12+ years of experience in asset management, portfolio reporting, performance analytics, or a similar role within investment-focused organizations.

• Extensive experience in creating board-level reports, dashboards, and regular performance materials.

• Exceptional analytical abilities and keen attention to detail, with a comfort level in managing complex data sets and ongoing reporting cycles.

• High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with reporting systems or BI tools is advantageous.

• A structured, process-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and discipline in execution.

• Capability to work efficiently across teams and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in global, rapidly growing, and primarily remote organizations is a plus.
