Senior Manager, AI Transformation – Organizational Design

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with functional leaders and teams to implement AI tools.

• Design and propose innovative organizational models.

• Create and execute comprehensive strategies for reskilling and upskilling the wider workforce.

• Perform thorough analysis and forecasting of changes at the organization level regarding workforce dynamics.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HR, and technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or a similar HR consulting position.

• Proven understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in business settings.

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing workforce reskilling and development initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
