Senior Manager – ADM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop operational strategies, performance expectations, and long-term goals that align with business priorities.

• Promote standardization of logistics processes, systems, and performance management practices across various Areas.

• Collaborate with senior operations leadership to create scalable solutions that facilitate organizational growth.

• Advocate for technology, automation, and analytics to boost productivity, minimize operational friction, and improve experiences for both customers and employees.

• Ensure uniformity in leadership practices, coaching methodologies, and performance management standards throughout assigned Areas.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and scaling of enterprise logistics solutions and business transformation projects.

• Provide strategic oversight for multiple logistics operations and the managers accountable for execution.

• Develop and mentor logistics leaders.

• Spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives while identifying opportunities to enhance service, productivity, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in the transition to a discipline-based management model and a scalable logistics operating structure.

• Travel extensively as necessary to support operations, cultivate leaders, and ensure consistency across locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) along with four years of relevant professional experience.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience within the waste, environmental services, energy, or transportation sectors.

• A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role, in addition to educational requirements.

• Capability to establish operational strategies, performance expectations, and long-term objectives.

• Proven experience in standardizing logistics processes, systems, and performance management practices across multiple Areas.

• Background in developing scalable solutions to support organizational growth.

• Proficient in utilizing technology, automation, and analytics to enhance productivity and improve customer and employee experiences.

• Familiarity with leadership practices, coaching methodologies, and performance management standards.

• Ability to lead enterprise logistics and business transformation initiatives across functional teams.

• Must possess or be willing to acquire a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative for air travel or access to federal properties.

• Capability to fulfill the stated physical requirements, including repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, sitting, talking, and hearing.
