This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee essential operational processes that support ACIS Services for both industrial and utility clients.
• Provide operational guidance for activities related to Intent to Remittance.
• Direct the ACIS Service Business Development, Tendering, and Operations strategy and procedures.
• Create and implement new service offerings.
• Manage the ACIS Service portfolio for industrial and utility clients.
• Develop business strategies and ensure operational success across all projects within the portfolio.
• Hold responsibility for Activity P&L and project execution.
• Enhance margins in comparison to the Operating Plan.
• Promote operational consistency, standardization, and governance in service support activities.
• Align processes and resources with the needs of the business, projects, and customers.
• Assist with execution planning and the resolution of operational issues.
• Support health reporting, reviews, and escalation management for the portfolio.
• Identify and proactively address operational risks through strategic action planning.
• Lead Inquiry to Order and Order to Remittance processes for portfolio clients.
• Ensure that the operations strategy aligns with the commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to assist key clients.
• Define and implement operational milestones, handoffs, and process requirements throughout the ITO and OTR lifecycle.
• Guarantee project execution governance, encompassing kick-off meetings, project reviews, and activity postmortems.
• Manage indirect reports and coordinate with sourcing, quality, EHS, project management, operations, and service stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites, field operations, and business functions throughout North America.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Operations, or equivalent in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Customer Service roles.
• Familiarity with GE Grid products.
• Background in an innovative Service environment.
• Experience in managing diverse businesses and cultures.
• Previous experience in a matrix organization is preferred.
• Knowledge of High Voltage equipment and solutions.
• Skilled in internal and external negotiations.
• Expertise in process improvement and service-specific knowledge to meet customer requirements.
• Experience in Operations leadership positions with P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in building, collaborating with, and leading multifunctional operations teams in a global and matrix environment.
• Demonstrated process and operational expertise.
• Solid understanding of Industrial Service business and financial principles.
• Familiarity with the Services business model.
• Knowledge of financial processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• High orientation towards results and quality.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
