This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and create behavioral detection systems and analytical content utilizing DTEX’s exclusive telemetry and data models.
• Develop and sustain full-stack applications and internal tools that facilitate intelligence workflows, detection pipelines, and features for customers.
• Create and enhance algorithms for behavioral modeling, anomaly detection, and risk assessment using both structured and unstructured data.
• Oversee quality engineering initiatives for the Intelligence team, encompassing test automation, regression validation, and readiness for release of detection content and associated tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists, detection engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to convert intelligence requirements into scalable solutions.
• Keep abreast of emerging threats, detection techniques, and full-stack technologies to consistently enhance DTEX’s detection and response capabilities.
• Comprehensive system-level knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a preference for Python, Django/Flask, and React/TypeScript.
• Profound understanding of cybersecurity principles, detection engineering, and behavioral analytics.
• Experience with data pipelines, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architectures, with a preference for AWS.
• Familiarity with quality engineering practices, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
