Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Create large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences that engage millions of customers.

• Design and implement various modes of agent interaction, such as Voice AI and Deep Research.

• Establish robust evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety mechanisms to ensure our highly-visible AI agents are trustworthy and responsible.

• Stay at the forefront of emerging agentic paradigms and translate them into practical product innovations.

• Lead intricate, multi-team initiatives that connect applied research with highly scalable engineering.

• Simplify complex research findings and AI system architectures into actionable insights for a diverse audience, including executives and cross-functional partner teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience with a proven ability to deploy large-scale ML models, with the last 2-3 years focused on building agent-based systems, multi-agent collaboration, or similar paradigms.

• Experience in developing engaging dialogue systems capable of sustaining lengthy conversations, context-aware tool selection, and compliant response generation.

• Proven experience in constructing AI services that can manage hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability, low latency, and robust fault tolerance.

• Familiarity with various agentic AI frameworks, including LangGraph, Agents SDK, AutoGen, and production ML infrastructure.

• A history of authoring articles, patents, and publishing impactful research is a significant advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to influence technical direction across teams and present effectively to executive leadership.
