Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Define the strategic vision for machine learning infrastructure.

• Discover avenues for innovation and enhancement.

• Lead the creation of solutions that improve performance and scalability.

• Work alongside the Data Science team for model deployment and optimization.

• Design and supervise the development of machine learning pipelines.

• Oversee real-time and batch inference systems.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop long-term solutions.

• Provide mentorship to mid-level Machine Learning Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with cloud technologies (preferably AWS).

• Significant experience with containerization and orchestration (ideally Kubernetes).

• In-depth knowledge of software development, DevOps, and MLOps best practices.

• Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable models and services in production settings.

• Strong grasp of Machine Learning concepts.

• Familiarity with MLflow, Airflow, or Dagster.

• Considerable experience in Data Engineering, Kafka, and stream processing.

• Proficient in Python and SQL.
