This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance features for deep learning models utilizing extensive customer and behavioral datasets.

• Apply architectural modifications to models based on the latest academic research findings.

• Partner with client teams to grasp business contexts and convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Improve model training pipelines to ensure efficiency and scalability.

• Record methodologies, insights, and technical decisions for effective knowledge sharing.

• Engage in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

• Assist in a strategic client initiative focused on the development of deep learning models for predicting customer behavior.

• Refine and enhance deep learning models that influence business decisions on a large scale.

• Contribute to production systems and incorporate techniques derived from academic research.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in a deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Practical experience with feature engineering for predictive modeling.

• Robust understanding of machine learning principles, including supervised learning, neural network architectures, and optimization techniques.

• Capability to read, comprehend, and apply methodologies from machine learning research publications.

• Proficiency in Python within a data science or machine learning context.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and adapting to new tools.

• Must be authorized to work in their residing location.

• Availability within the Western Hemisphere timezone is required.

• Experience in time-series or sequential modeling is a plus.

• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and pipeline orchestration, is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or large-scale distributed training is a plus.

• Background in causal inference or attribution modeling is beneficial.

• Experience in a consulting or client-facing technical role is favorable.
