Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the deployment, lifecycle management, and monitoring of ML/DL models throughout all production stages.

• Design and develop systems for Dataset and Label Management, including version control and the integration of customer feedback into labeling workflows.

• Create and uphold a comprehensive Model Repository/Registry that facilitates versioning, local inference, and model lineage tracking.

• Direct the implementation of sophisticated Experiment Tracking and Monitoring solutions for both Data Science and Generative AI, concentrating on evaluation, data drift detection, and model reproducibility.

• Manage model serving and inference systems, encompassing autoscaling, A/B testing, canary rollouts, and optimization of latency and costs for production models.

• Enable specialized infrastructure to support Generative AI features, including tagging tools, prompt management, and LLM testing services.

• Promote operational excellence by enhancing tool deployment usability and establishing detailed cost visibility across projects and environments.

• Develop reusable components, such as standardized data loaders, CI/CD pipelines, and automated workflows for tasks like model retraining.

• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and the Data Platform Engineering team to productionize ML/DL models tailored for cloud environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in ML/DL workflows and their best practices.

• Experienced with CI/CD workflows and their best practices.

• Familiar with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Proficient in Python and Java programming languages.

• Experience with various data storage solutions such as Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Knowledge of data science tools like MLFlow, Langfuse, SageMaker, etc.

• Experience with Apache Spark.

• Familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks.
