Senior Logistics Solution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the overall enterprise strategy and roadmap focused on routing, route maintenance, and enhancing logistics processes.

• Create long-term operational goals that align with WM Logistics' business priorities and growth objectives.

• Identify areas for improvement in routing performance, route health, service execution, and operational efficiency.

• Set performance metrics and operational controls to ensure route efficiency, consistency, and sustainability.

• Oversee the development, documentation, governance, and ongoing enhancement of logistics processes.

• Continuously assess route structures to balance customer service, operational efficiency, safety, and financial goals.

• Utilize operational analytics, routing data, and business intelligence tools to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization.

• Assist in the development of future routing capabilities, including artificial intelligence and advanced optimization technologies.

• Foster a culture of process ownership, continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Lead teams focused on route optimization, route maintenance, routing analytics, process design, and operational standardization.

• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Fleet, Sales, Customer Experience, and Digital teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or, in the absence of a degree, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) along with four years of relevant work experience.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in the waste, environmental services, energy, or transportation sectors, in addition to educational qualifications.

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, alongside the educational requirements.

• Proven ability to establish enterprise routing standards, performance metrics, and operational controls.

• Experience in operational analytics, routing data, and business intelligence tools.

• Understanding of route optimization, route maintenance, process design, and operational standardization.

• Capability to support artificial intelligence and advanced optimization technologies.

• Proficient in working in a professional office environment and utilizing standard office equipment.

• Competent in performing repetitive motions and demonstrating eye/hand/foot coordination.

• Able to sit, talk, and hear effectively.
