📋 Description

• **POSITION OVERVIEW**

• We are seeking a dynamic **Account Executive** to become part of our entrepreneurial and fast-paced lending team, reporting directly to our VP of Sales. In this position, you will generate revenue by originating hard money loans for residential real estate investors, specifically in the areas of fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and DSCR segments. You will oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing while fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.

• **RESPONSIBILITIES**

• __Client Engagement__

- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service by making over 100 outbound calls daily.

- Serve as a trusted advisor, acting as a consultative partner to real estate investors/clients by informing them about Park Place Finance's range of customized lending solutions and loan products, assisting them in navigating Fix-and-Flip, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR loan options.

- Provide outstanding experiences by offering clear and consistent updates throughout the loan lifecycle, engaging with both borrowers and internal teams.

• __Loan Qualification & Structuring__

- Assist clients in the investment readiness process, which includes collecting financial information, property details, and business plans.

- Evaluate borrower backgrounds, deal strengths, and risk profiles to assess eligibility and ensure alignment with underwriting criteria for a more efficient process.

- Utilize company-provided sizing tools to structure loans according to internal guidelines, facilitating expedited closings.

• __Sales & Pipeline Management__

- Promptly respond to inquiries from both internal teammates and external sources, converting qualified leads into viable loan opportunities.

- Track deal statuses and proactively manage follow-ups to prevent delays and maximize conversion rates.

- Submit 1-2 qualified loan deals for processing each week, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

- Take full responsibility for your sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression from origination to closing.

• __Internal Collaboration__

- Collaborate closely with loan processors, underwriters, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to fulfillment.

- Clearly communicate deal specifics, timelines, and borrower expectations to all internal stakeholders.

- Partner on process enhancements that promote speed, scalability, and service excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA)**

• __Required__:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the real estate, lending, or financial services sector.

- At least 1 year of experience in consultative or inside sales.

- Proven success in closing 5 or more loans per month for residential investments.

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, positively influence, articulate clearly, and build trust.

- High levels of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic, embodying a work hard, play hard mentality.

- Capability to think critically, navigate challenges, and propose solutions that meet both client and company needs.

• __Preferred__:

- A history of consistently closing over $2M in monthly loan volume in residential transitional lending (RTL).

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, filters, and data organization).

- Experience in a lead-generated, consultative sales environment within real estate finance or mortgage lending.
