This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee intricate, trigger-driven customer journeys and automated workflows within HubSpot to provide customized, one-on-one customer experiences.

• Integrate AI as an essential tool in your workflow. Utilize AI to draft, personalize, segment, summarize, quality assure workflows, and extract insights faster than any manual process could achieve. Test AI agents within lifecycle touchpoints, assess new HubSpot AI features upon release, and share back any valuable findings. The focus is not merely on using AI, but on the speed and quality enhancements it brings to your work.

• Serve as the guardian of HubSpot data integrity. Establish automated data-cleaning protocols, manage deduplication efforts, ensure list hygiene, and oversee the integration sync and field mappings with Salesforce/CRM.

• Ensure compliance with communication regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM) while advocating for best practices in email/SMS deliverability and sender reputation.

• Transform campaign performance data into actionable intelligence for the business. Create KPI reports that are genuinely utilized by teams. Highlight significant trends promptly and convert performance data into straightforward recommendations that leaders can confidently act upon. The goal here is not just reporting; it’s about providing intelligence that influences decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of direct experience in Marketing Operations and Email/Lifecycle Marketing, preferably in dynamic FinTech, financial services, or alternative lending sectors.

• Proficient in HubSpot. Expertise in Advanced Workflows, Custom Objects, HubDB, Salesforce sync, and system mapping. HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.

• Demonstrated fluency with AI reflected in your work. You can provide specific instances where AI significantly enhanced your efficiency or quality of delivery—whether in content, analysis, operations, or a combination of these areas.

• Strong analytical skills. You are adept with data and can comfortably articulate its implications.

• Problem-Solver: You excel at identifying flawed processes; you enjoy investigating the technical root causes and creating scalable, automated solutions to address them. You possess a builder's instinct, focusing on root causes rather than just symptoms, and you create systems that others can maintain.
