Senior Licensing Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive management of licensing operations for all SBDK brands within the ecommerce space.

• Collaborate across various teams including Global Licensing, Channel, Product, and Brand to propel ecommerce initiatives forward.

• Act as a representative for licensees during discussions with prominent .com buyers.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with licensees to implement ecommerce growth strategies and fulfill strategic objectives.

• Identify, design, and deliver ecommerce training programs for licensees.

• Assist licensees in establishing their presence on Amazon’s Brand Registry.

• Facilitate the setup processes for new items on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.

• Provide guidance and advice to licensing partners regarding best practices in ecommerce.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and ARA systems.

• Serve as the primary contact for system processes, functionalities, and data analysis.

• Maintain a thorough database and address reporting and data-related inquiries.

• Assist with planning, forecasting, presentation preparation, analysis, and workload management.

• Foster robust working relationships with both SBD and Amazon teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential.

• 3-5+ years of experience in an Ecommerce position with a focus on Amazon is required.

• Previous licensing experience would be advantageous.

• Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred.

• Strong analytical capabilities are necessary.

• Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with key decision-makers is essential.

• Willingness to travel potentially once a quarter for trade shows, licensing events, or retail meetings.
