Senior Legal Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and analyze commercial agreements and legal documents.

• Engage in contractual negotiations with clients in collaboration with internal teams.

• Conduct legal research to support new business models or services across various jurisdictions.

• Propose and drive continuous improvements in legal processes and practices.

• Coordinate with international legal teams.

• Undertake additional legal tasks related to business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in Law.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Advanced level of English (both oral and written).

• Strong experience in drafting, negotiating, and analyzing contracts.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

• Ability to work independently, organized, and with a high attention to detail.

• Proactive approach to identifying legal solutions for new business needs.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced work environments.

• Previous experience in in-house legal areas.

• Knowledge of international contractual law or cross-border legal matters.

• Experience in labor law (not mandatory).
