Senior Lawyer – Corporate Advisory, M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical excellence and strategic coherence of the practice’s corporate legal solutions by managing intricate matters, strategic contracts, and M&A transactions, with an emphasis on risk mitigation, enhancing value for clients’ businesses, and fortifying the firm’s institutional standing.

• Ensure that clients’ legal choices are backed by comprehensive, current analyses that align with their business goals; lead the team in a technical capacity, assess deliverables, and promote the advancement of advisory solutions with a focus on long-term vision, innovation, and high-quality standards.

• Deliver technical guidance on intricate corporate advisory issues, strategic contracts, and M&A transactions.

• Develop legal strategies that are in sync with clients’ business goals.

• Manage legal relationships with key strategic clients.

• Review and validate the technical outputs created by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Postgraduate qualification in Corporate/Business Law.

• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Over 7 years of professional experience in corporate advisory, contracts, real estate, and M&A.

• Proficiency in English and French (mandatory; a proficiency assessment will be conducted).

• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic and complex transactions.
