Senior Java Developer, México

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and develop scalable, high-performance backend solutions utilizing contemporary Java and Spring frameworks.

• Produce clean, testable code while ensuring quality through comprehensive testing frameworks.

• Collaborate with teams within an Agile framework.

• Tackle complex challenges and deliver top-notch software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with Java, along with a solid understanding of Java design patterns, Java Stream API, Collections, Concurrency, reactive programming, and multithreading.

• At least 5 years of substantial experience with the Spring framework and associated projects, including Spring Boot, Spring Web MVC, Spring Data, Spring State Machine, Spring JMX, and Spring JMS.

• Strong grasp of OOP principles and Java serialization/deserialization concepts.

• Fundamental knowledge of Network architecture (TCP/IP or OSI model).

• Proficient in using testing frameworks such as TestNG, Mockito, JUnit, and Spring Testing.

• In-depth understanding of the Maven build lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Unix commands.

• Proficient in using Git.

• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Experience working within Agile/Kanban methodologies.

• Experience in building clients/servers using gRPC (Desirable).

• Basic understanding of security concepts (Desirable).

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jenkins, IntelliJ, and Postman (Desirable).

• Knowledge of working with JEE (Servlets, JPA, JMS, JMX) and persistence libraries like Hibernate (Desirable).
