Senior Java Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Design and evolve robust Java (REST) APIs

• Implement and extend integrations

• Participate in technical service decisions

• Work with AWS and container technologies

• Build and maintain domain-decoupled services

• Contribute to the observability of production systems

• Optimize performance and stability

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong Java experience (Spring Boot or equivalent)

• Proven experience in production AWS, or comparable cloud services

• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies

• Design of REST APIs and consumption of third-party APIs

• Observability in production environments (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent)
