Senior ITSM Consultant/Developer, BMC Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting requirements analysis and developing a comprehensive requirements document, while capturing and organizing both functional and technical specifications.

• Modifying existing applications and creating new functionalities and interfaces.

• Ensuring the maintainability of software and executing developer tests.

• Assessing implementation efforts.

• Preparing and delivering operational and development manuals.

• Proficiency in: BMC Digital Workplace Advanced

• BMC Helix

• BMC Helix ITSM Suite

• Active Directory
