Senior IT Transition & Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for intricate IT transition and transformation initiatives

• Guarantee project success concerning scope, timeline, budget, and quality

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic matters

• Spot opportunities for further growth and collaborate closely with the sales team

• Actively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations

• Define and enhance transition and transformation processes

• Lead and orchestrate interdisciplinary project teams

• Contribute to the refinement of methods, standards, and templates

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline

• Several years of experience in leading IT transition, transformation, or outsourcing projects

• Proven track record of building and fostering client relationships in a project environment

• Capability to convert client needs into sustainable solutions

• Confident demeanor and experience engaging with demanding stakeholders, including C-level executives

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructures (cloud, networking, workplace, data center)

• Ideally, experience in collaborating with sales and presales teams

• A structured, solution-oriented mindset focused on value and outcomes

• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a high level of personal responsibility

• Preferably hold certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent

• Willingness to travel within Germany

• Proficient in German (C1) and competent in English (B2)
