• Automate or enhance high-volume manual tasks (such as audit evidence collection, data gathering, and compliance reporting) by utilizing APIs and workflows to minimize manual effort and reduce human error.
• Develop integrations that extract data from systems of record (including Okta, Workspace, GitHub, security tools, Google Cloud, and Snowflake) and consolidate it in BigQuery for audit readiness and analytics.
• Create and implement agentic workflows that enable non-engineering stakeholders to engage with company data and reports through conversational interfaces, thereby decreasing their reliance on manual queries or information compilation.
• Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of integrations: overseeing monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and adapting them as business requirements evolve.
• Identify manual handoffs and repetitive tasks across IT, audit, and business functions, then develop automation or agent-driven solutions to eliminate these inefficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams to understand pain points, translate them into technical solutions, and assess the impact on time savings and compliance readiness.
• Construct scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT systems engineering, automation, internal web services, or a similar technical role.
• Proficient in scripting or programming (e.g., Python) for creating integrations and automation.
• Experienced in building agents and implementing end-to-end automation across systems using APIs, scripting, or workflow platforms.
• Hands-on experience with GCP (including Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage) and familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Practical experience with GitHub or a comparable version control system, including CI/CD automation (such as GitHub Actions, automated testing, and deployments).
• Strong foundation in consuming and integrating APIs, including handling authentication, rate limits, retries, and failures in multi-system workflows.
• Experience integrating identity systems (Okta), security tools, and SaaS platforms into cohesive workflows.
• Capable of observability and runbook writing: designing monitoring, logging, and operational documentation to ensure systems can be maintained at scale.
• Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and inform buy vs build decisions, including scoping POCs with vendors.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
• Generous paid parental and caregiver leave.
• 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.
• Flexible PTO and generous company holidays, including Juneteenth and Winter Break.
• Flexible hours and a virtual-first work culture with a home office stipend.
• Financial advisor and financial wellness support.
• All-company in-person events once or twice a year, along with virtual events throughout the year to connect with team members and leadership.
