This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Deliver advanced technical assistance to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related challenges while adhering to established SLAs.
• Offer remote IT support and efficiently manage incident resolution in accordance with SLAs and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Oversee and support Microsoft 365 environments, which include:
• Office 365 applications
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive
• Exchange Online
• User accounts and permissions management
• Aid in the administration and troubleshooting of the Azure Portal.
• Handle user access, licenses, and security configurations.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
• Contribute to IT projects, migrations, and technological enhancements.
• Configure and support domains, IP addresses, virtual cloud environments (VPS), and hosting environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Support or similar roles in a remote capacity, adhering to SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience assisting users in a global context and across various time zones.
• A minimum of B2 English proficiency is required.
