This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the comprehensive planning and implementation of OT Active Directory (AD) domain migrations and infrastructure enhancements across worldwide manufacturing locations.
• Direct site-specific OT/AD migration initiatives, encompassing backlog development, resource coordination, progress tracking, and risk management for the 2026 objectives.
• Facilitate global application updates and integrations.
• Propel the alignment of the Global QA strategy, including documentation and approval processes, to ensure adherence to GxP standards.
• Collaborate with site leaders, local QA personnel, system owners, and project stakeholders to gain support, resolve resource conflicts, and oversee commitments.
• Track project advancement against the planned timeline, report on status (including risks and challenges such as site engagement, QA delays, and infrastructure dependencies), and enact mitigation strategies.
• Optimize migration processes to achieve consistent and efficient domain transitions with reliable run rates.
• Work together with global and local teams to establish standardized methods, checklists, and quality controls for GxP-compliant execution.
• Extensive OT (Operational Technology) experience within industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong background in the Pharma industry with a demonstrated history in regulated manufacturing environments.
• In-depth GxP project experience — comprehensive understanding of GMP/GxP compliance, validation, and quality standards for IT/OT systems.
• Proven track record in managing intricate, multi-site global IT/OT infrastructure and application migration initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, particularly with site leadership and Quality Assurance teams.
• Strong skills in risk management, reporting, and escalation in matrixed, international settings.
• Thorough knowledge of Active Directory domain migrations, infrastructure dependencies, and OT system integrations.
