This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of OT Active Directory (AD) domain migrations and infrastructure enhancements across worldwide manufacturing locations.
• Supervise site-specific OT/AD migration efforts, which include creating backlogs, aligning resources, tracking execution, and mitigating risks to meet 2026 objectives.
• Coordinate global application upgrades and integrations effectively.
• Propel the alignment of Global QA strategies, documentation, and sign-off processes to guarantee adherence to GxP standards.
• Collaborate with site leaders, local QA representatives, system owners, and project stakeholders to secure agreement, resolve resource conflicts, and manage obligations.
• Track project advancement against the plan, provide status reports (including risks and issues such as site engagement, QA delays, and infrastructure dependencies), and apply mitigation strategies.
• Streamline migration procedures to facilitate repeated, efficient domain transitions with consistent performance rates.
• Partner with global and local teams to ensure alignment on standardized methodologies, checklists, and quality controls for GxP-compliant operations.
• Lead cross-functional discussions, escalations, and decision-making processes that involve multiple regions (Europe, Asia, Americas).
• Extensive experience in OT (Operational Technology) within industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong background in the Pharma industry with a proven history in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Comprehensive GxP project experience, including in-depth knowledge of GMP/GxP compliance, validation, and quality standards for IT/OT systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate, multi-site global IT/OT infrastructure and application migration initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, particularly with site leadership and Quality Assurance teams.
• Strong skills in risk management, reporting, and escalation within matrixed, international frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory domain migrations, infrastructure dependencies, and OT system integrations.
