Senior IP Analyst – Electronics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute thorough prior art investigations (novelty, patentability, validity, and state-of-the-art) along with FTO analyses.

• Create and apply sophisticated search strategies customized to client needs.

• Examine and interpret patent documents, technical literature, and search outcomes to guarantee precision and completeness.

• Craft comprehensive, client-ready reports that encapsulate findings and offer actionable insights.

• Conduct technical evaluations (Checker 1) and administrative assessments (Checker 2) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Perform patent landscape evaluations to analyze competitive and technological landscapes when relevant.

• Work collaboratively with junior analysts, offering guidance to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

• Significant experience in patent research, particularly prior art and FTO investigations.

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and the utilization of global patent databases.

• Solid technical foundation in engineering, science, or related fields.

• Experience in drafting detailed patent search and analysis reports.

• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures and quality benchmarks.

• Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively and disseminate knowledge within a team setting.
