Senior IP Analyst, Electrical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute thorough prior art searches encompassing novelty, patentability, validity, and state-of-the-art evaluations, along with freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses.

• Formulate and apply sophisticated search strategies customized to meet client specifications.

• Assess and interpret patent documents, technical literature, and search outcomes to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

• Create comprehensive, client-ready reports that summarize findings and offer actionable recommendations.

• Conduct technical evaluations (Checker 1) and administrative assessments (Checker 2) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Perform patent landscape assessments to analyze competitive and technological contexts, as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with junior analysts and offer guidance to ensure timely and precise project delivery.

• Proficient in Boolean search methodologies and the utilization of global patent databases.

• Strong technical foundation in engineering, science, or related fields.

• Experience in drafting detailed patent search and analysis reports.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 processes and quality standards.

• Excellent analytical abilities combined with a keen attention to detail.
