Senior Internal Audit Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform operational, financial, and compliance audits for healthcare organizations.

• Oversee audit projects, manage timelines, deliverables, and team resources.

• Prepare and deliver audit findings and recommendations to leadership.

• Guide and develop team members by sharing expertise and best practices.

• Foster strong client relationships and collaborate efficiently in a remote setting.

• Offer independent yet collaborative audit and consulting services to senior leaders in healthcare, including the C-Suite and Board of Directors.

• Carry out risk assessments, conduct internal audits, and engage in consulting project assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on healthcare auditing.

• Experience in internal auditing with an understanding of healthcare operations and financial processes.

• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills at the executive level.

• Demonstrated analytical and data analysis capabilities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Relevant certifications are preferred (CIA, CPA, CHC, CISA, CRMA, or similar).

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
