This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Provide direct support to cyber threat customers, ensuring they fully benefit from the Intelligence product.
• Oversee the management of the customer's Falcon Intel Recon module.
• Act as a cyber intelligence analytical liaison between customers and the broader CrowdStrike intelligence team.
• Foster high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining strong ownership of customer relationships.
• Rapidly triage and escalate significant findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to the appropriate customers.
• Assist customers in understanding Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and offer subject matter expertise.
• Convey customer feedback and requests to the Intelligence and Engineering teams.
• Organize and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Strong technical knowledge in dark web intelligence, APT strategies, and threat intelligence.
• Outstanding customer engagement skills at both technical and executive levels.
• Proven capability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs at all organizational tiers, from C-suite executives to security analysts.
• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections.
• Comprehensive understanding of the intelligence lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, key concepts, and analysis.
• Insight into the dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to assist and solve problems for customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skills in presenting and explaining technology to individuals with less technical expertise.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress startup environment.
• Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies, particularly email, networking, and enterprise security.
• Proficiency in Japanese at the C1 level or higher (CEFR standard).
