• Take ownership of attribution for the most intricate and high-stakes areas of the ecosystem, establishing the benchmark for how it should be executed.

• Design and spearhead the AI/automation initiatives that expand attribution capabilities across the team.

• Develop the collection strategy — determining the data required and the methods for acquisition.

• Mentor analysts and enhance the team's expertise and skills.

• Provide analyses and insights that inform our products and benefit our customers.

• Achieve certification as a cryptocurrency professional through all Chainalysis certifications.

• A minimum of 5 years of substantial analytical or investigative experience, including managing challenging problems from start to finish.

• Strong research instincts coupled with analytical rigor.
