This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Drive essential insights through analyses for the app product team.
• Develop and manage the experimentation process on our proprietary platforms.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to various groups throughout the organization.
• Independently write, implement quality controls, and train others in crafting complex SQL queries.
• Share technical knowledge with colleagues and team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize data utilization for decision-making.
• Prioritize incoming tasks based on an understanding of departmental and organizational strategies.
• Anticipate requirements and create research tools and reports to meet current and future business needs.
• Deliver recommendations clearly connected to business decisions.
• Proactively share relevant insights to foster a culture of learning within the organization.
• Over 5 years of proven expertise in SQL and databases.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience with Google Firebase data and app analytics.
• Over 5 years of proficiency with GA4 or similar extensive datasets related to digital behavior.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Optimizely or a comparable tool.
• Ability to independently learn and comprehend new and complex data sources, integrating them with other datasets for comprehensive analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formula creation, data validation, and automated reporting.
• Skills in data visualization, drawing conclusions, and communicating findings to a business audience.
• Strong analytical and experimental design skills with a sharp awareness of data gaps and inconsistencies.
• Capability to evaluate organizational needs and prioritize requests based on their potential business impact.
• Proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and nurturing relationships to promote the use of audience insights.
• In-depth domain knowledge, actively researching and following experts in the field to maintain and enhance expertise.
• Exceptional oral, written, and visual communication skills, particularly in conveying complex quantitative information to non-technical audiences.
