Senior Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and create Agora's internal platform that enables product teams to deliver software with assurance, reliability, and speed.

• Take ownership of essential platform elements including our TypeScript Pulumi codebase, Kubernetes-based runtime environments, and monitoring systems.

• Design scalable systems, uphold engineering standards through coding practices, and enhance developer experience by providing well-structured platform functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, with significant involvement in Infrastructure and Cloud sectors.

• Proficient programming skills in TypeScript or another strongly typed programming language.

• Strong grasp of the fundamentals of distributed systems (availability, consistency, observability, fault tolerance).

• Experience in designing and managing infrastructure-as-code solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS architecture.

• Proven experience in designing, operating, and scaling Kubernetes workloads.

• Demonstrated ability to create reusable systems and abstractions instead of developing one-off scripts.
