Senior Information Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical leader and primary point of contact for Information Security projects and initiatives.

• Develop and enhance security controls, procedures, and processes.

• Automate workflows and integrations to boost operational efficiency.

• Conduct vulnerability, risk, and compliance assessments.

• Execute hardening measures for systems, servers, and cloud environments.

• Assist in incident investigations and analyze suspicious activities.

• Oversee security tools including SIEM, XDR, firewalls, antimalware, and vulnerability scanners.

• Create documentation, technical reports, and security recommendations.

• Suggest ongoing improvements to elevate the organization’s security maturity.

• Safeguard on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Information Security and/or IT Infrastructure.

• Familiarity with cloud security for platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Proficient in vulnerability management and tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Prisma, or similar.

• Understanding of automation and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go).

• Background in incident response, evidence analysis, and indicators of compromise (IoCs).

• Knowledge of SIEM, XDR, IAM, KMS, and other security solutions.

• Experience with orchestration tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or SSM.

• Proficient in advanced English.

• Cloud security certifications are advantageous.

• Possess an analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
