Senior Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of implementation projects from inception to production go-live.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, action items, and milestones.

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, project scope, and established success criteria.

• Facilitate coordination between clients and internal teams.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of clients' business processes and regulations.

• Chart customer journeys, operational workflows, and specific requirements.

• Convert business needs into functional specifications for platform configurations and integrations.

• Offer technical assistance to clients throughout the implementation process.

• Define and manage integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and other system communication methods.

• Validate technical requirements and support integrated testing efforts.

• Identify technical impacts and dependencies that might threaten the project timeline.

• Assist with user acceptance testing to confirm that the solution meets established requirements.

• Discover opportunities to utilize features and products that enhance client results.

• Act consultatively, guiding clients toward optimal platform utilization.

• Suggest best practices, process enhancements, and product improvements that boost value delivery.

• Contribute to revenue growth by recognizing opportunities during implementation.

• Proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and issues that could affect timelines, delivery quality, or project results.

• Develop and track the execution of mitigation plans.

• Work proactively to minimize rework and expedite implementation.

• Ensure proper preparation of prerequisites needed for each project phase.

• Conduct executive, technical, and operational meetings.

• Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams.

• Create documentation, presentations, and supporting materials.

• Ensure alignment among all project stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing systems, digital products, or SaaS solutions.

• Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs, authentication methods, Webhooks, and data interchange between systems.

• Experience in gathering requirements and mapping processes.

• Ability to interpret both technical and business documentation.

• Project management experience with the capability to monitor schedules effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Consultative, analytical, and results-focused profile.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with digital customer service platforms, WhatsApp, automation, CRM, or payment solutions.

• Knowledge of integrations with ERPs, billing platforms, or legacy systems.

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Experience in mid-market projects and high-complexity environments.
