Senior Identity and Security Operations Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain scalable solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.

• Create automation processes with Flows and declarative tools, as well as API Integrations and Mulesoft.

• Engage in code reviews, manage Salesforce Change Sets, and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Gearset.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and security protocols.

• Improve Sales Cloud functionalities, including Lead and Opportunity lifecycle management and tailored quote flows.

• Assist with Service Cloud features, with an emphasis on Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing.

• Personalize Experience Cloud portals using Lightning components and branded user experiences.

• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and support client interactions.

• Contribute to shaping business outcomes through CRM and platform automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience.

• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

• Background in automation tools and API integrations.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce development best practices and security standards.

• Proficient English communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce (a plus).

• Experience with CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements (a plus).
