Senior Identity and Security Operations Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable, enterprise-level solutions utilizing Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Create and sustain solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.

• Implement automation through Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft.

• Engage in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Gearset.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and security protocols.

• Improve Sales Cloud capabilities, covering Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and tailored quote flows.

• Assist with Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing.

• Personalize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences.

• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and support client-facing interactions.

• Contribute to shaping business outcomes through CRM and platform automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience.

• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

• Background in automation tools and API integrations.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices and security protocols.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce is a plus.

• Experience with CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and enhancements in Service Console is a plus.
