Senior Human & Organizational Development Analyst (DHO)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Continuously enhance the recruitment process to introduce greater objectivity, clarity, methodologies, and techniques for hiring.

• Develop and sustain an active talent pool, focusing on preventive strategies for entry-level positions and key roles.

• Evaluate and organize onboarding and offboarding processes as comprehensive employee journeys.

• Identify and carry out Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across various departments within the company.

• Create and execute training and development pathways (both technical and behavioral) that align with the business strategy.

• Vigilantly assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives within operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive/generalist experience in Human and Organizational Development (DHO).

• Practical experience in delivering training and development programs.

• Experience in leading, structuring, and designing selection/recruitment processes.

• Demonstrated history of designing processes centered on continuous improvement.

• Systems thinking: capability to view the larger picture and connect DHO initiatives to business goals.

• Strong inclination towards structure: values documentation, systemization, and governance of processes.

• Autonomy and proactivity: anticipates needs and suggests solutions.

• Assertive and instructional communication: adept at transferring knowledge and engaging the team.

• Comfort with technology: ease in adopting new tools and automations in daily tasks.

• Experience in structuring Corporate Universities or comprehensive training pipelines.

• Proficient in using ATS, LMS, or HRIS tools.
